Actively involved in the community, Rusty has been a member of the Kiwanis Club of Los Gatos for over 30 years. He organizes the annual Fiesta de Artes festival in Los Gatos which raises funds for various organizations including scholarships for Los Gatos/Saratoga youth and community service projects.
